普通高中生筒井光（佐野勇斗 飾）是一個二次元超級發(fā)燒友，他的愛好不被周遭所理解，只有另一個發(fā)燒友伊東悠人（ゆうたろう 飾）深深了解對方的處境和心情。因為游泳課遲到，他與學(xué)校內(nèi)的超級大美女五十嵐色葉（中條彩未 飾）被罰打掃衛(wèi)生。色葉曠課逃學(xué)，緋聞不斷，而且自有恃美貌而目中無人，簡直集三次元女生討人厭的地方于一身。對方迷人的外表令他心慌意亂，雖然討厭可又著迷。幾經(jīng)周折，色葉向他表白，然而筒井粗魯?shù)鼐芙^了。另一天，筒井尾隨色葉而行，結(jié)果目擊到色葉被人冤枉盜竊的場面。關(guān)鍵時刻，筒井挺身而出，幫助女孩化解危機。隨后他原本打算就之前的事情道歉，誰知脫口而出竟是“請和我交往”的話語。從這天起，筒井和色葉成為校園中一對受人指指點點的異樣情侶…… 本片根據(jù)那波麿的同名漫畫改編。
