這是一個(gè)超能英雄泛濫的世界，他們頭戴面具、身穿緊身制服，雖然不像超人那般擁有多種超能力，但是這群英雄憑著各自擁有的獨(dú)門絕活助人于危難之中，他們組成超能協(xié)會(huì)，協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)，一度為警方和市民所信任。但是自從某個(gè)英雄槍殺妻子之后，他們的聲望一落千丈。超能英雄冰凍弗蘭奇（Kris Lemche 飾）正是那個(gè)殺妻英雄的兒子，而如今他正陷入焦慮之中。他現(xiàn)實(shí)中名叫布蘭登，因與女友艾米麗（Christine Evangelista 飾）關(guān)系惡劣而化身超級(jí)英雄和對(duì)方交往。在一次執(zhí)行押送任務(wù)時(shí)，他結(jié)識(shí)另一位英雄“穿視”（Joey Kern 飾）。由于未到押送時(shí)間，這兩個(gè)英雄在附近的旅館盤桓，惹出了不少消化?！ 〗诡^爛額之際，弗蘭奇更聽到一個(gè)令他難以置信的事實(shí)……
